I got this bike for a good price, and it ran so so. It had a lot of carb problems, which wasn't a good thing since carb rebuild kits for these are non existent. But a good cleaning and some tune up, and a lot of NOS and retro parts sourced from ebay, and this bike turned out pretty sweet! It pulled really well, and in fact it had so much torque that one time I slipped the clutch and it popped a wheelie! I ended up selling it in 2008. Wish I had it back! Or at least had taken some pictures of it. It was great fun to ride it around in the woods and on the road…as long as you didn't mind smelling a bit like 2 stroke oil.
